They claimed “I care” but honestly they don’t care about you at all. I put in an offer and transferred the initial deposit straight away upon their asking. My offer expired during the weekend but instead of contacting me for bank details for refund or for updating my offer, the agent Kero Zhao stopped communicating for two days and only got back to me saying that the property was sold Tuesday night and they’ll refund me my deposit. They used my offer to compete with others and kept my deposit in case other offers failed through.
Kero Zhao’s behavior is extremely unprofessional and I won’t trust them for any business.
