Fast shipping, well packaged, came with a nice little card, this is the only store in Australia selling this comic, so They have good imports if looking for hard to get books without paying for overseas shipping. Its my first time shopping here and I will 100% order from this company again

The store itself was fine, but hearing the American employee bitching to her co-worker about someone on the phone that couldn't hear her, made me not want to buy anything. It wasn't a small one-off comment either, it was an unnecessarily long, gossip-like, bitchy rant. All because a customer couldn't hear her on the phone, and she had to repeat herself.

If that's what you're saying about other customers when the store actually has customers in it, what are you saying about us when no one's around? Super unprofessional and not a good look at all. I don't want to support anyone who's that pathetic.

I had a little issue with my order. It was resolved immediately and I got compensated which I hadn't even asked. Problem resolved, customer service above and beyond and ended up with comics safely delivered and well packed. Would recommend and will use again

I've been a long time shopper at impact and have purchased both manga and comics for amazingly great prices. It's got a very convenient location right next to the civic centre and close to food vendors too. If you're looking for a wide variety of manga, comics, and other "nerd" merch like anime figures or comic figures this would be the first place I recommend.
