I have found that Infinite Network is the best internet provider I have ever encountered. I have tried various providers in the past, but their customer service often fell short.

Luke assisted me in setting up both my internet and telephone line from start to finish. He was consistently helpful, promptly returning my calls and responding to my emails.

I highly recommend Infinite Network if you're looking for a local internet service provider.

Great local ISP with responsive support. It's refreshing to be able to talk to someone a few KMs from you instead of on the other side of the world. Worse customer service than Qantas baggage handling! We had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with Simon. We spoke via email with Infinite and were promised plug and play fast internet - they said downtime would be 10 minutes - important to us as we run a business that needs internet 100% of the time, so we purchased their router and a subscription. Their tech came and was friendly, and set everything up and said it was running very fast and would work very shortly. It didn't. After multiple emails and phone calls to Simon, he was not only rude, and didn't seem to care - but also told it was our problem - something about WiFi. That our internet worked and has worked for the past few years with zero problems seemed to be lost on Simon. We asked for the tech to come back - no, it was our problem. So here we are tethering our business through our phones!! AVOID!!!
