We had a great stay. Beautiful walks and beautiful beach. As we were leaving are care didn't start as our battery was out. We went to the front desk to check out and casually brought it up. They immediately sent someone with jumper cables and it was less then 15 minutes. Great place. Great staff. Will come again

The cabin was not clean. Large stain on bed in bunk room. Mould in shower. Food (pasta) left on deck.
Griller on stove and half the burner in oven not working. Can opener didn't work. Garden overgrown and grounds looked unkept. Dead spiders,flies and dirt in window tracks...BUT overall still enjoyed my small breakaway,loved the pool but access for those (not me) to the pool that had limited mobility would be nice to see. As I have stayed there previously I can see a decline in the park.
Would I stay again.. yes...probably mainly due to the location and access to the beach.

A great place to camp in comfort. Our friends had a Winnebago that was quite lux and large, and we found the drive from Sydney quite long - however, it was all worth it when we arrived. Fantastic location, lovely beach, and awash with multiple kangaroos who have made this camping spot their home. The facilities are excellent and clean - and a regular as you would expect from a caravan/camping place - but really close to our spot so it was perfect. We will be back - it's a great stop over for families and couples.

Following our recent stay with you, we felt the need to provide some feedback on our stay as it was less than impressive.||We have spent many weeks away with our family and were looking forward to adding to our experiences.||We understand that you are in the process of making improvements, however the cost of a powered site for 8 nights, was exorbitant for the state of the park.||2 of the 4 washing machines were out of order|1 of the 4 dryer’s was out of order.|Showers in the older block were cold and one was out of order.|Showers in the new block, turned off whilst in them and we couldn’t get it back on and had to wash hair in the sink as it was covered in shampoo.||All shower and toilet areas were dirty and although cleaned in the mornings, certainly needed further attention throughout the day which they did not get during such a busy holiday period. Toilet paper run out, paper towels empty, sand all over the floors, mould in showers, it was quite disgusting.||It was great to have the movie night for the kids and offer popcorn, however there were children who missed out on the popcorn as they ran out! Surely you have an indication from bookings how many children you have in the park at any given time.||BBQ’s out of order.||When we first arrived and saw the site we were allocated we were perplexed as to how a camper trailer could be placed on a site with a large ditch in the middle of it, making it difficult to place the trailer in a way that ensured our children were able to lay on a flat surface. Totally inappropriate site for anyone except for a caravan on that site.||Happy to have fireworks on New Year’s Eve for customers to enjoy, however repeated fireworks on subsequent nights made the experience for dogs petrifying. For a park that is pet friendly that is surely not a positive experience for customers.||The power was lost on numerous occasions of our 8 night stay, to say there was powered sites was a little underwhelming.||The pool had a leak on one day, that required it closing, surely the leak didn’t just appear, ? Maintenance issue.||The jumping pillow was not inflated for the duration of our stay, ? Further maintenance issues!||We are glad to hear that the park is undergoing renovations, however in the interim it is unreasonable to ask customers to pay the exorbitant price for a park that is run down, unkept and sub standard sites provided.||The location is beautiful and such a shame that we and others won’t get to experience it again due to the state of it.

Kangaroo poo was expected, what was not expected were piles of kangaroo poo every 30cm or so over our entire site and squashed into the artificial grass, it had clearly not seen any care in a long time.

They also informed us of a sewage leak in the creek AFTER we checked in.

Many amenities were out of order and the grounds are not maintained properly.

I'd be ashamed of myself if I was charging people to stay here. It's obvious that no one cares to look after the place or keep it in an acceptable state.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service. Very family and pet friendly.
No water at the powered sites. Otherwise, Very good facilities with the eating hall with breach views too. Showers was overall decently clean (daily cleaner), except for the sandy floors which couldn’t be avoided when there’s beach nearby.
Showering during peak hours before dinner had issues with water running out.
Overall lovely place. Would recommend esp for young families.

TOP TIP: if you’re allocated to powered site 275 or higher and you’re driving anything larger than a small car and actually want to sleep on a flat surface ask the staff to walk up to the site with you to assess if it’s actually suitable. That is, if you can find a staff member that’s actually interested in doing their job. Perhaps Ingenia should spend less time copying and pasting their generic response to these reviews and more time actually reading the feedback given because the same issues continue to occur.
