I was contracted by Inkling Agency to film and produce 4x videos for an Accordwest new client acquisition campaign to find more Foster Carers across WA’s South West.

What impressed me most about my experience with them was the level of strategy and insight that Simon and his team packed into the creative.

The campaign wasn’t just about promoting a service, but instead featured stories from the CEO, team members, and foster carers. This created a heartfelt message that highlighted the positive impact of becoming a foster carer – both for the carers themselves and the young people they support.

The narrative Simon crafted was compelling and easy to understand. You could imagine someone watching the video and then feel like they needed to support the cause.

To me this demonstrates Simon's expertise and he is certainly someone to chat with if you have something complex that needs to be conveyed with clarity and conviction.

We engaged Inkling to conduct qualitative research with the aim to better understand the changes in the market over the past 5 years. Our customer base is Australia wide and covers a multitude of professions within the construction and property industry. As a company that is 70 years young, and the publication in question, 40 years, we were keen to discover whether the publications were becoming redundant, how we can better serve our existing customers and ways to expand our reach.

To say we were blown away by the final report is an understatement. As novices to the qualitative research game we were unsure what to expect but whatever expectations we had were soundly exceeded by Simons comprehensive 100-page report.
