Our first order was great! Hassle free, signs delivered to the door, very happy. However on our second purchase from them I rang to just question a $330 travel fee from cardiff to clarence town. It seemed a little excessive to me so I rang to ask how it is charged out. The responce I got was quite rude and he promptly cancelled our order and refused to do our job! seems like a strange way to do buisness? They need to work on they're customer service skills

So unprofessional & rude people. I asked for two different signs. Aaron told me it will be ready in two days but it took ages. Then he & his team messed up with work, they gave me wrong sign with wrong dimensions and started arguing with me, His team sent me an email in early morning to pay them so they can start work but they also printed out the sign without even getting paid for it & they kept my money which I paid them for the different sign board earlier and i also have the receipt for it . In the end when they realised that it’s their mistake & can’t win by their fake story, they “one of his old rude worker pushed me to leave. shame on you
