Consumer BEWARE . Consumer BEWARE.

They could not build a box with a sealing lid for $6700.00 and the time it took them to build whatever you call that thing I could have built a house.

They convinced me my original injection mould idea was floored and not worth building .
They said ,
let our proffessionals build you a flat pac design, it is better than your original !

I was concerned the flat pac would not seal . They convinced me they could make it just as I wanted.

They discovered the flat pac design was a Complete failure.

They then went back to my original idea and said PAY MORE MONEY and we will build this and sent me a photo of an OLD esky with a drain hole as thier second prototype .

I paid over $6700.00 for a worthless piece of junk.

They said my prototype was tested and worked this is an impossibility please look at the photos. That lid is supposed to seal .

I asked for some money back and was refused outright.

I asked for certificates of employees they claim are engineers etc I was refused.

I asked for completed detailed work plans I was refused.

Currently taking legal action through small claims.

I personally do not recommend this service .

Here is another unhappy customer.
From my own experience I found Investor group to be amateurs and inexperienced.

My item was simple. A Velcro strip that stuck to the bathroom wall. It needed to be hot water resistant and hold under pressure. 18 month, $6600 in fees and $20k to purchase the products. I ordered a large batch to get them cheaper. The first batch arrived and I tested for around 10 days and they were fine. I asked for the second half to be shipped. Into the 3rd week of use the Velcro started pealing off. OMG 😱

They blamed me for approval of the strips.
Obviously they never tested. So what did I pay them for. I could have purchased off Ali Baba and saved $6600.

To cut a very long terrible story short.
I was refunded half the total amount for the purchase of the strips. The $6600 fee was lost. Half cost of the strips $10k was lost.
Over 2 years of time lost. Lets not mention all costs for other items I sourced elsewhere. In total $40k down and shattered dreams.

Depression and anxiety set in and so on.

I have since picked myself up thanks to god and good family, hence why I found the courage to write this.

This business is not trustworthy /legitimate, do they have an office in Hong Kong currently ? as well as a Sydney address.

They took our money (thousands) and we received nothing / no contact for nearly one year. When can we expect the money back promised by you?

Ana sent emails that were so long, unnecessary and very unhelpful, we were astonished at the lack of beneficial information and standard of graphic designs, very simplistic and child like.

Then a prototype that wasn't tested and ill fitting, no solutions or no offer to continue to fix the prototype after giving us a non-working one that included a lid that didn’t fit across the Box, it is too short, plus the edges were rounded to fit on a square surface, Go figure!!

Now (as of last week June 2022) they are saying they do have a working prototype but claiming we said we ‘didn’t want it’ 😅😅 of course , you guys keep the working one, we’ll give you $6000 and we will keep the non-working piece of junk prototype !! WOW it just gets better!

Why would we continue? so annoyed as that was our savings. $6000

They conned us big time!! Regrettably I had to press one star to post this🙄
