IT BOOST are a great team. They always respond promptly and have our company's' best interest in mind. We have been using them for the past couple of months and will not consider any other company. Horrendous experience. Don’t give them your money.
If you want to pay your money and not get results, than I would definitely say go for this company. The people who run this company have terrible attitude and they are always lying. They changed me a lot and told me if I want a 90 day finish and delivery I should pay $1000 more and I say ok. 90 days on the job wasn’t done. The website was supposed to be finished by 90 days/ 3 of November 2022 didn’t finish. When I ask I was told everyone knows you can’t finish a website in 90days! so why did you ask me to pay more? I paid 3/4 before the end of 90days of the asking money I than refused to pay the balance unless my project was finished. In 2023 mind year they decided they don’t want to finish my website and refused to refund my money . There is also a lot of business dodgy practice, from the beginning I told them,” I don’t wish to host my website with them”, I had my own hosting company that I was going to use when they finish, but suddenly I get invoice. I try to refuse to pay but they insist for me to pay just before they decide not finish. So I paid a year of hosting nothing. What a joke!!.
The communicate don’t let me start on that horrible experience!!! no clear information was given until I was now completely exhausted of asking for when my website and app is going to be ready. Lots of misleading false information and when you keep asking for your job to be finished you become the enemy they will to take your money and don’t deliver. My experience with this company if you want to west your money light it on fire you are better-off then this IT boost so called a company shouldn’t be allowed to practice. I have email to prove how horrible and corrupt this company is. I’m just saying go somewhere else you will get better service. Don’t pay this horrible company your money.
