My sister & her husband are a small business owner struggling to make ends meet as you not only have costed them thousands of dollars which went straight in the bin but also loss of clients & sales. Dishonesty & lack of satisfaction is your number one motto!

And as for Steven Capilli not very nice to laugh at my sisters face on the phone while she’s trying to have a mature adult conversation with you.

Steven you’re representing this big business and you haven’t done well as far as I’m concerned two people have spoken to you & they have both stated you just have no care in the world

DO NOT USE SALMAT!

My company engaged Salmat's services to deliver approx. 40,000 fridge magnets in late October 2019.

6 weeks on and not a single job or enquiry, aside from an angry resident complaining about large amounts of our material illegally dumped over his property and council footpath outside his residence. (see image attached)

Contacted management but they failed to investigate the incident or return my calls. An email was also sent to the General Manager (Matthew Carracher) As expected no reply or communication was received.

Their call centre is setup to Philippians, which allows management to filter through the calls they want to accept and decline.

I'm sure Salmat will respond to this complaint with a generic reply, stating they will look into this matter, or they will be in touch to resolve this issue, I think not!

I am not satisfied with the customer service AT ALL!, Steve wasn’t helpful he laughed in my face when I was having a serious conversation with him,we distributed 25,000 magnets with your company AND ONLY GOT TWO PHONE CALLS.i done a little research myself and with all the 3 phone numbers I called they all stated they didn’t receive an envelope with our fridge magnet in it.I want to be reimbursed for wasting my money and time!

Also we got a call stating a 10 year old boy was handing out the magnets alone,this is illegal work.

With the 5,000 magnets that you guys didn’t distribute,no one updated or called me to let me know it wasn’t sent out with the rest of the 25,000.I want my money back also for these magnets that weren’t handed out

I will definitely take this further if the issue isn’t solved.

DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DEFINITELY DONT DEAL WITH STEVE

WARNING STAY WELL AWAY from their flyer distribution service I got them to deliver 30,000 flyers and not one flyer went out they just dumped them in the bin! I followed up with all 700 of my clients who live in the distribution area and not one of them received my flyer! IVE customer service is pathetic I complained to them on several occasions with no reply they just want to take your money!

Not sure if they even delivered our flyers. No reports, no feedback, no follow up phone calls from the company. They are happy to take your money and not provide the services.
