I brought iMac 2 weeks ago but at that time it was out of stock so I gave them the full amount and the staff told me that it will normally takes 1 to 2 weeks to get delivered from the store 2 weeks passed no update I called them today they said they nothing update on the system
That means they have not ordered for me to the Apple Store what a careless people I was expecting it to come but the staff over the phone telling me we can refund your money like have I asked for refund ? I want the iMac he is giving me option to refund rather than sorting.I don’t like the service after giving full amount it looks like they don’t care and I’m still waiting for my iMac to come home .

We were in the market for a new TV so went to JB to see if the one we wanted was available. There was only the floor stock available but the salesman wasn't interested in doing any sort of a better price on it . He pretty much dismissed us so we left the store and purchased the exact TV from The Good Guys at a much better price. Will probably not bother again after that poor service.
I gave 3 stars for all the other staff there that day who were welcoming.

Jb Hi Fi discriminates against people living in regional/rural Australia.
I went to the Tamworth store to look into getting a new gaming chair. I liked the look of the one they had on display, the ONEX EV12 Gaming chair.
I tried to order it online from JB when I got home, to find that the website would not accept Tamworth as a valid location to deliver the chair, either to my house or to the Tamworth store for collection.
I called the sales department and they told me the same, that since the chair was considered bulky, they wouldn't deliver it to Tamworth at all. They said try going to the store to order it in person.
So I did that the next day, only for them to try to order the chair to the store for me and for the same problem to occur. They couldn't even order a new chair to the store.
So if you live in a regional area, JB doesn't want your money.
Why does JB refuse to deliver to regional stores? Apparently country money isn't good enough for them.
And why does Tamworth JB display the chairs if they can't even sell them?
That's just false advertising and makes the staff at Tamworth look like idiots.

Nice place to get your tech, but do your homework first. I went in to purchase a smartwatch. 4 out of the 6 questions that was "answered" was indeed incorrect. Fortunately for me, it worked out. Nice place, but don't go in for information.
