Really fantastic to deal with as agents. Office manager Marilyn Woch was unfriendly with no communication skills. I accompanied my son and his girlfriend as they handed in their application for a rental property. He is 18 and just finishing senior year and was excited to apply for his first rental. They both went to a lot of trouble to present their application neatly. I was appalled at how cold and unfriendly Marilyn was towards them. These are young kids that are beginning their journey into adulthood and need to be supported and commended for their effort. They were nervous and you gave them no reassurance. Marilyn spoke no words, just photocopied and filed and could not even let the kids know when they may hear if they were successful. Never thanked them or wished them well.They waited patiently to hear of any news and never did. You need to follow up and let people know why they were not successful and what they can do to improve their chances in the future. I walked away and said to my son " What you just witnessed is what not to ever do when you are involved in customer service" You are obviously bored in your job but every person that walks through that door deserves to be respected and feel welcomed.

The single worst experience with real estate I have ever had in the 10 years I have been renting. Did not greet us, generally impolite and unpleasant. Disgusting treatment by the real estate agent. I didn't even bother to look at the property. If you're struggling to find tenants for your rental property with Kas Woch, look no further than their terrible agents.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
