I’ve been a customers of kboom for 2 years this Febuary; and Nick and his family are the sweetest people. He’s always up to give me testers of
New products and taught me a lot about how to use my sublimation products when I got my
Printer this July. He’s been a great help for all things Cricut & sublimation too. Is honest about the quality of products he sells too and will always be upfront.

Countless times Nick has worked with me and reprinted / fiddled with images to make sure my DTFs are perfect. He would Do everything in his power to keep you happy but I bet you had a hissy fit because clearly there was something wrong for them to close the store so abruptly considering they’re open almost 360 days a year.

We love KBOOM in my house. Thanks for always having my businesses back Nick, Mine will always have yours too.

Very unprofessional business practice. I sent through an art file to be printed with a clear deadline, and on the day, emailed to confirm pickup. Was advised that item was printed, but store wouldn't be open (unexpectedly), therefore deadline was missed and I can no longer use the printed file. I requested that the print be destroyed (previously my artwork has been re-printed by this store and put up for sale without my permission), and owner replied very rudely saying that he "will do what he wants" with the items/files. Please be warned that any files you send through to this business will re-print and sell your artwork without your permission. Do not recommend.
