Not happy. My weekend paper never did get delivered over a period of 7 months, despite them being paid by the Newspaper subscription to deliver it, and despite me going in twice to see them personally. I gave up in the end. Terrible customer service.

If you're looking for the worst customer service, look no further. Every single time I've gone there they've just acted like they just want to get you out of the door. Today, I went to buy some tobacco and the lady just tells me they don't it and to go next door to IGA. I already tried IGA before going to the newsagent and they were out too. She didn't even care that I said I already tried, nor did she ask me if I wanted anything else. Before finishing her sentence (telling me to go next door) she was already moving on to the next customer. It's ridiculous.... I hate going there. I only go if I have to and it's a shame because the newsgancy used to be a really lovely place when it was run by the old owners.

I phoned the shop needing quick information about when the Italian-language newspaper La Fiamma would be on sale. I received clear, quick and accurate details. When I went to the store at the suggetsted time to collect my paper, it was there waiting for me. I found they stock an excellent range of foreign-language newspapers from Australia and elsewhere, along with the usual English-language press. There was also a wide range of magazines and stationery available. Excellent newsagency, and certainly more efficient than most other newsagents in Canberra, Sydney and Perth where I've attempted to buy La Fiamma or Il Globo over the past five years.
