Good range at very reasonable prices with outstanding customer service. Friendly staff were exceptionally helpful going out of their way to assist me. I also snaffled a parking spot near the entrance ramp so unloading the trolley of goodies was easy. Overall, it was a happy shopping experience. Thank you.

Absolute accessibility nightmare

Do not bother going to this store if you have accessibility issues. This store features an underground carpark with no accessible exit, since you have to either climb stairs or a steep hill to get from there to the store. You might think to avoid these issues by parking across the street, but don't bother, since this store clearly doesn't value its customers enough to have both doors open

K hub store is ok but I think bit disappointing due to it's small size and very limited range of choices of goods and it is definitely nowhere near the same as going to the usual big KMart stores where there is a huge range of everything .

Better than expected, first visit since they took over the old Target store. Good range of KMart stuff with good value pricing. Quick checkout. Few empty shelves, but that is only to be expected in these Covid19 times.

I have been in retail for 40 years, the last 10 as a manager, my experience on the 14th March 2022 was disgusting. i wanted to return a bread maker that i had purchased. I didn't have a receipt but I thought I might have used my flybuys card, I was refused a refund by Nikki, the manager, which I couldn't understand why. She said that $69 was too much to refund(?) She then told me there had been trolleys of stock stolen out the back door recently, and that there was a bread maker in that stolen stock. She made me feel like a thief. Never before have I ever felt the way she made me feel. 1 star is over rating that experience. But had to give it to post this review😠

Staff were very professional and still wearing masks to protect their customers and each other. Service was very quick, despite the queue. The queue was an indication of Kmart Bega being appreciated.

Just returned home from Bega store.
Approached counter to pay for purchase.
Girl behind counter stepped behind register, extended her hands, no eye contact, not a word said, scanned items, mumbled " $50".
I scanned my card & was silently passed my receipt. The only other words uttered were mine as I stated "thankyou, pleasure to talk to you"!
Zero customer service!
More education & supervision required on customer service it seems. A smile & thankyou takes very little effort.
