I come to this place a fair bit and said lady has been rude every time and on occasion have seen her treating her co workers poorly also, I believe her name is Tracey and she is extremely inpatient and told me to “oh well hurry up”when getting card on my phone which took a very little amount of time did not ask me if I wanted a bag just shoved my receipt on my items and pushed them toward me and continued her conversation and is just rude and should definitely not be working in customer service seems like she does not take her job very seriously at all

Zero stars if that was an option. Unhelpful staff, poor product choices. Better off shopping kmart online and getting click and collect. Otherwise, shop big w for an experience that doesn't anger the blood
