We made our home through Kode Living not by choice as it was part of our turn key package. However, it turned out to be good.
Special Thanks to Matt and Sam as they looked after very well.
We had some hiccups like $10k increase in construction cost due to global impact. Kode Living homes helped in every way.

Overall quality and finishing of the house is really good.

We had few disappointments:
My land got tilted in May and builder got council approval in August(15th). Otherwise total build time was around 8 months including X-mas and other holidays.
Secondly, you won't get detailed plan(update) of construction but only a very 1-2 lines brief info. Some of the construction stage took longer than expected, but I guess it's normal as overall time window was under 8 months.

Again, thanks to Matt(manager) and Sam(site supervisor) for their prompt response both via pH & email.

We have been dealing with Kode Living for the better part of 3 years. Matt and the team have been a fantastic partner in Utility implementation with there overall solution.

The integration to there solution not only is a huge plus for our business, but a wonderful way to show there clients a cost effective way to reduce there utilities costs on a monthly basis.

From our perspective it has been rolled out with the right intention which no doubt is why they have client loyalty.

Amazing company, so accommodating to customer requirements and a few unexpected upgrades thrown in for the sake of quality. Price point was very competitive and the finish on the home is nothing short of spectacular. The range of options was impressive as was Rex’s attention to detail, especially with land selection and making the plan fit for our purpose. Matt was amazing. Very responsive and went way out of his way to cater to all of our annoying requirements over such a long period, many of which came to light after the contact was signed. It was our first build so overlooked some things in the initial design. We love our Kode Living home and so lucky to have built our dream home with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a comprehensive house and land package.
