BRENDAN BURGESS is the BEST!

The Professionals have been managing the property we rent for about 6 years. Our original property agent (who shall remain nameless) was SO lax that, at one point, we seriously considered moving out.

Brendan arrived on the scene about 18 months ago - and
the difference in care and efficiency that we've experienced has been like night and day.

Firstly, we had an issue and Brendan came over the same day to suss everything out - and Wow, what a genuinely nice guy.

For the next 3 months, our place was 'Tradie' Central, as ALL the jobs that hadn't been done in 4+ years were finally addressed.

All this time, communicating with Brendan has been nothing but awesome.

Brendan is seriously onto it, gets the job done & issues quickly resolved and he ALWAYS follows up & gets back to you.

In fact, he consistently goes above and beyond for his rental clients (I've seen him do this well outside of office hours when he's been late leaving our house at the end of his Friday - and he's getting ready to drive out to personally check on a 'no hot water' situation for a single Mum) - and this is because he is kind and genuinely cares about people.

Even the trades people that come here have positively commented about him.

Personally, I've never experienced property management to his standard of excellence in all my 30+ years renting - and I've certainly never wanted to take the time to leave a glowing 5 star review for a Property agency before!

I know now that it upgrades the energy of the place you live in when you've got a great property manager looking out for you.

I seriously hope that the Professionals in Ballina know just what a gem they have in Brendan and take good care to keep him - because wherever Brendan goes, we just might go too 🙂

Landlords beware!
This agency works for the renter and not for the landlord. In my Experience, I was verbally assaulted on 4 occasions by the tenant over parking issues, work which the tenant expected would be carried out (erecting a screen) and a water bill. The tenants paid their rent on time and that was all Ruby Flynn-Edward’s was concerned with. They often didn’t mow the lawns, it took more than six weeks to get compensation for some of the damage that the tenant caused to the property.
I would NOT recommend the Professionals of Ballina.
