My wife made tried to make contact with this agent yesterday.
She wanted to arrange a virtual viewing for a property they are advertizing, as we are relocating very far from the area we have been renting in and we want to rent before buying. No reply to her email and no response after leaving a voicemail. This is very unprofessional and rude. We won't be making further contact as customer service is obviously not in their scope of work.

I wrote the above review in the first couple of weeks of a lease. After spending nearly a year in a property and vacating early I would like to report a most fantastic tenant experience.
Staff -Chloe D, Chloe S-B, Jen and Stacey were all always professional, helpful and prompt. All issues were taken seriously and repairs made very quickly. It is a shame I cannot take this real estate with me to where I have moved. All the best for the future.
