I am going to steal a line off another happy reviewer. " You get what you pay for" not at all we got far more than what we paid. The service delivery and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I rudely emailed Adriana the General Manager many times after 8pm and always received a quick repose. She guided me through the process clearly and advised of what was best for my business. I overloaded her team with so much data and information and at no point did complain. There was no hidden fees or charges they diligently worked hard and produced a spectacular website that is modern, interactive, easy to navigate and most importantly compatible with Google. Once the website was launched we have had a unprecedent number of inquires and bookings and the phone has not stopped. They are honest, hardworking and take pride in their work at a cost that is very affordable. I fully recommend Light Media for all your website requirements.

Where to begin? If I could give 10 stars, I would.

There's this saying - "you get what you pay for". Not so with Light Media. You get way, way more than what you pay for!

Adriana and her team were there for me and my business from the minute I sent an enquiry, and this at pretty well any time of day.

I tasked Light Media with a complete redesign of my business website. The result absolutely exceeds my expectations - and then some!

The team sat together to actually listen to what I wanted and then provided me with a detailed and fair quote. There was no hard push to accept, nor to upgrade to a more expensive option.

A little later, I had the first wireframe designs sent to me, and what I saw confirmed that this company was the correct choice. A few months later, our new website launched and the results are unbelievable. It looks exactly like I always wanted it to look.

This company does everything they can to make you 100% happy. They never complained about my many questions, my many changes - including the petty ones - and my limited knowledge of what went on behind the scenes.

Adriana is the most incredible project manager/business manager I have ever worked with. She will reply to your emails at pretty much any time of day, sometimes as late as 11pm at night, and does so almost immediately. Secretly, I don't think she sleeps 😉

Adriana's IT team are unbelievably dedicated. We ran into a few teething issues when the website launched, and the team simply decided to work through the night to fix whatever was causing these issues. When I woke up the next day, everything was working the way it should and has done so ever since.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and I certainly look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you so much for what you have done for my small business, it makes a world of difference.

The Wyndham History website was designed and implemented by Light Media, on the library CMS called Omeka. The design has met – and exceeded - our brief and expectation. We gave Light Media the brief to fully develop (including look-and-feel, functional changes and bug fixing) a local history website built on the Omeka Content Management System.
