Don’t waste your time!!

I placed an order on 26/6 for items for my daughters 1st birthday
After zero communication/nothing being received, I emailed on 23/7 to be told the order had been sent, I was told they would get back to me on Monday (26/7) with tracking details.
After zero response I emailed on 3/8 to be told it was ‘lost in transit’ and would be remade and sent that day.
After zero communication, again, I emailed on the 14/8 to at this stage let them know if it hadn’t yet been posted I would like a refund, I was told the items were sent and I would be sent the tracking information on Tuesday (17/8).
AGAIN after zero communication, I emailed on 23/8 to let Jacinta know I was yet to receive anything - no tracking number and no product, I was then just sent an automated refund notification email with no explanation of where the product I ordered could be.

Atrocious customer service from this company, and with all communication being with the owner of the business - how disappointing.

Thank god we have been in lockdown and my daughters party postponed, otherwise we would’ve had a party without the products I’d ordered 2 months prior.

I would save your time and money and go somewhere else, this company clearly doesn’t care for their customers or sales that aren’t of bid enough value to them.

I approached Little Bee Marketing knowing exactly what I wanted from them, but was pleasantly surprised when they not only helped me get what I was after, but also went that extra yard in offering further ideas and help with my project! I thought I had it all covered myself but was super impressed with a couple of new ideas the team showed me. Highly recommend!
