We are a specialised spearfishing business in Sydney and we worked with Sam and his team in August of 2023 for a photoshoot of a variety of our products - new gear and special deals that we wished to promote through our website and social media presence. We needed a male and female model in and out of the water promoting everything from masks and snorkels to wetsuits and spearguns - NOT easy by any stretch of the imagination as you can imagine!

From the outset Sam was an awesome communicator, clear, thorough, precise and keen to ensure everything was discussed and all information and plans shared for 100% clarity. He was quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a few early hiccups with the weather, which for photographing spearfishing gear is obviously super-important (we needed sunshine, low swell, good water visibility etc) but he worked diligently to lock in a suitable date with a team that wouldn't let us down.

Well, what an amazing photoshoot in the end! We had literally a perfect day and the whole team were highly professional, super-communicative and constantly asking for feedback to ensure the shots were exactly what we wanted, inputting their expertise to help get the 'perfect shot.' No time was wasted and the shoot rolled like clockwork.

Additionally Sam sourced modelling talent that was perfect for the photoshoot - a lady who was a freediver, a guy who was an ex-Australian swim team professional and a photographer who himself was a spearfisher so understood everything about the gear and what people are looking for... Amazing!

On top of all that, it felt like a 'family' photoshoot as on a personal level I was asking lots of questions and Sam and the team were coaching me on what they were doing and why, plus how to get great photos, use light etc. I'm happy to say it was a really inclusive shoot and I personally learned a heap of new information - oustanding.

Finally the speed they edited and processed the THOUSANDS of photos they took into a great online source file where the final images were posted was nothing short of miraculous. Sam kept us updated as to where they were and when to expect the results - and we certainly weren't disappointed. In fact I can say the end result exceeded our expectations.

It's the first time I've ever worked with Sam and the team, but as the Head of Sales & Service for our company I was 110% happy with everything about the day, and the Live To Create team were exemplary in every way.

I have absolutely no hesitation in offering my highest recommendation for Sam and the Live To Create team for any photoshoot or creative needs you may have.
