Rhonda Coleman is a professional, experienced and helpful agent. She is calming in her approach and manner. From our first meeting we felt very comfortable and confident. Her knowledge and advice was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no question was ever a stupid question. If there was an issue, a quick phone call and it was resolved straight away. She always kept us up-to-date with the market and feedback given to her by potential buyers. Although I have known Rhonda for a short period of time she proved herself to be a diligent person striving to achieve the best outcome for us.

Great experience with Jane Kusetic when dealing with my new house. Due to Canberra is still under restriction of Covid-19, she prepared gloves and hand sanitiser before we first inspected the house. She is very thoughtful and patient. We asked for another detailed inspection in the following week, she responded quickly and we made an offer right after meeting with her. The exchange contract process is very quick and smooth. She even asked her assistant to give us another favor for some of my handy men to inspect the house before moving in. The final settlement is this Friday, I hope the deal will go well and we could move in the new house soon.
