Please be aware they are Selling fake luxury watch’s. My Watch stoped working took it in to have it fixed to be told it’s “isn’t a genuine”Frank Muller. Reported my concern to the Team leader Ann by Phone, sounded as if she was reading from a script, to be told

“You didn’t inspect item”, “to bad it’s not our problem, nothing we can do for you! and no refunds”, “there’s pretty much nothing you can do about it”.

The member Even laugh at my misfortune.
I wasn’t or didn’t even mention refund yet
Just raised a major incident to them thinking we both have been taken advantage of and some how I was helping as in wow look what’s happened to “US”
though after my phone call with Ann, this isn’t the first or last time they have trick and deceive somebody, and they knew what they were selling is fake.
I was told there pretty much nothing I can do about this
Well I can warn other people Lloyds auction
Please don’t buy from here after my call I think they are experts in dishonestly.

If I could leave a 0 or a negative score , I would .
Reasons
1. Continued supply of items won at auction, with stickers or labels on product. Which as a collector of coins devalues the item. On number of occasions, communication via email and phone was had to address issue. However, for at least a month, this problem still occurred. (No quality control)
2. Absolute disgraceful communication, basically failure to communicate or even acknowledge.
3. The amount of time and effort I was required to take to list all the items , then do return requests via Lloyds system. Had to search a large number of invoices to match up purchases.
4. This issue has dragged on for at least a couple of months
5. When supplied return postage labels, they didn't work.
6. Communication on sorting this out has been drawn out, with either no reply or waiting weeks to get a reply.

Other issue

Failure to supply 2 items won at auction. Getting the refund is an absolutely disgraceful process. Which is taking greater than the said 28 days . (Why should a customer who pays in good faith, within 72 hours have to wait 28 days to get their money back)

I am so frustrated to the point of anger.

And to add still a long way of getting this finalised .

I will never deal with this company again, obviously not customer focused. Maybe my spend of 25 to 30k is chicken feed to them.

The worst customer service I have dealt with in years.

They refuse to speak on the phone and in fact appear to have no phone numbers or ability to transfer through to the departments that have sole responsibility for refunds and customer service. Their refunds team will not respond to emails and so far have taken 3 months to provide a resolution, however have not refunded the total value of the invoice that was paid, leaving me to continue my pursuit for them to provide proper remediation.

Their customer service team has provided a masterclass in how not to take responsibility for their mistakes, and how to provide zero resolutions for their customers. An absolute disgrace, you would have to be actively trying to be this bad at servicing customers after having been the party that messed up. Bravo.

All up fantastic service. Whenever I have had any issues with Lloyds they have always resolved the problem. Recently I had an issue with the system not recognising a payment of mine that had gone through, with an email to Lloyd’s the payment department swiftly refunded my payment. For an auction house that has volumes exceeding 1000 items a day, this level of customer service is commendable.

As is with all auction houses, people should inspect photos thoroughly before bidding, and ask for additional photos from the team if uncertain, and assume all products are in as is condition. If everyone took these measures most of the negative reviews wouldn’t exist.

Use Lloyds for the first time in late November/Early December. 2 out 4 items I purchased were no sent and I wasted so much time chasing them down. Eventually everything arrived but seriously shipping should not be such as issue.

Worst customer service ever!
Bought an item and drove all the way out to the warehouse to pick it up. Only to receive the wrong item. Inquired about why I was given the completely wrong item only to be shunned away and ignored by the warehouse workers. Eventually received help from a kind lady at the front desk who assured me I'd receive a partial refund. Been almost 3 months now and still trying to get that partial refund that was promised. Tried calling the customer service team for them to just tell me to continue emailing and they can't do anything to help me! By far the worst business I've ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM LLOYDS!!!

Lloyds sold me an item listed as new with no faults declared that was actually used with multiple undeclared flaws/cracks (it was jewellery - a birthday gift for my wife that was a total disappointment!).

I returned the item within 24 hours as per their policy and immediately advised them of the issue - but my refund was withheld and they even tried to say I would be liable for storage because I returned the item. After multiple complaints and a transaction dispute with my bank I finally have my money back. But this was a terrible experience and a massive waste of my time.

If you can’t inspect an item in person I’d avoid this auctioneer completely, they are not trustworthy and will leave you up the river if there is any issue. I buy from other auctioneers like pickles, grays and have never had a problem. Lloyd’s is the worst auctioneer in market when it comes to after sales service and fairness.

Do not sell with Lloyds. They add so many fees to your sold items that not only will you not make any money, but you might end up owing them! You are better off throwing your stuff in the bin than you are selling through Lloyds.
