Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Missed Deadlines

We are incredibly disappointed with our experience at Maddog Prints. We placed an order with a clear deadline, needing the merchandise by Thursday. Despite this, there was no communication regarding the status of our order, no updates, no indication of when or where it would arrive.

When we went to collect the order as agreed, it hadn't even arrived. We were met with excuses and unclear responses, which only added to our frustration. The lack of accountability and professionalism was worse than what we’ve experienced with offshore suppliers.

We chose Maddog Prints specifically to avoid these kinds of issues, but unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations.

I searched a while for a company in Perth that could get these made quickly. Not only did they have them done fast. For a small extra fee to expedite the manufacturing. They came through. I was worried how they would turn out. And the print quality was top notch. I would definitely use these guys again in the future. They also had one of the best prices out there for 150 stubby holders. Everyone at my dad’s wake loved the thoughtful memory of my dad to take with them. Thx for a great job
