Siobhan and the team created a logo, branding strategy and website for my new business. I was very happy with Major creative at first. But then I didn’t receive any news for 3 months while my website was supposed to be finalized in 6-8weeks. I paid $6000 for a website design. I have been dealing with Victorian Small business commissioner for a dispute resolution. After months, I received a refund of $1000$, never an apology. Now they are not answering anymore so I have sent an application to VCAT so I can receive my money back. Definitely not satisfied with their services.

The team at Major Creative have been fantastic to work with on developing a new website for a Not for Profit organisation that I am involved in.
The process that they undertook was great to be part of. Major Creative took the time to understand the industry, values, objectives and operations of the Not For Profit and then tailored a website to specifically address the needs for the organisation. It was evident through this process that Major Creative take care in what they do and get to know the organisations that they work with. At all stages, it felt like Major Creative had the Not For Profit's interests at heart and listened to any feedback to make appropriate changes.

Siobhan from Major Creative recently assisted a new challenge with our Central Shule (Synagogue) website. The site was dormant and unattended for 3 years as a result of Covid. Once Siobhan received the brief she wasted no time by providing unbelievable service and advice. She had literally a week to make it all happen before the most important celebrations being the high holidays in the Jewish calendar. She arranged all necessary passwords and created a landing page which looked exceptional and user friendly. As it had to be finalised very urgently, Siobhan literally sent an email 5h30 am on a Thursday being a public holiday. This is testament to her dedication in providing a fantastic service. I have utmost confidence in recommending Siobhan for any project big or small.
