I have dealt with them both through sales and as a landlord. From Kate’s assistance at the start to Bonnie’s help as the property manager, I have received nothing but the best of care and have always been informed throughout every process.

I do not recommend Marshall White. Since we moved into our new home in March, we’ve had nothing but problems with them. To start, the property manager Jessica made us go to the house six times just to get the correct keys. First, she gave us the wrong keys, then she didn’t have all of them, and once again, she handed over the wrong ones.

The blinds in the house were faulty, and despite several complaints, it took them over four weeks just to send someone to do a quote. Speaking of quotes, the front window has been broken for two months now, and although we’ve been complaining, the agency claimed they couldn’t find any company to do the job. I personally found six companies in just 20 minutes and was able to get in touch with all of them. After five weeks of waiting for them to act, they finally contacted one of the companies, which sent a quote. Then Jessica, and later Laura, told us that the landlord was waiting for an answer from the insurance company.

Today, Laura sent me an email saying the companies said they couldn’t do the job. Only after I questioned, “How did they send a quote if they can’t do the job?” did she decide to be honest and admit that the landlord simply doesn’t want to pay for the repairs.

My wife is pregnant, and the broken window is a safety risk for our future child. If your life is peaceful and you’re looking for a headache, rent a property with Marshall White.
