A very positive and genuine empathy I experienced, the girls assisted me with community based engagement and gave every assistance to help me find suitable work for my situation at the time. I got involved with a cook book and thoroughly enjoyed my fortnightly appointments, I really appreciate how supportive they all were at Match works and in particular Linda and Hayley who always made me feel like I was valued no matter my incapacity! The last time I was with matchworks Epping they worked very hard to their best of Abilities to find me work, Work the dole,resume, The staff were friendly and go above and beyond for their clients. They are not like the job provider around the corner .

Good place and people. Matchworks is very helpful, but would they ever turn the heaters OFF?! ita constantly 27 or something. So ridiculous, and even they staff I've overheard complaining

Absolutely unprofessional lazy and doing things anyone can do. Worst organisation in Australia if you mention anything like what you would like to do like factory work or cleaning jobs they just flick links to you to do it yourself. I could just get my partner to help me. I’m no longer associated with theses bums because of this incompetent place Michelle was the person I felt with . Probably just worked there to get easy government money

At the time of meeting Linda through Matchworks, I was not only unemployed, but going through some diffulct times in my life such as, depression, emotional and mental breakdown. Linda has gone above and beyond to help me through this difficult time.
