I had the privilege of working with Nikki from Frankston matchworks for employment-related services, and I can honestly say they made a huge difference in my life. Nikki is an amazing social worker. Her presence empathetic nature, expertise and experience gave me the support, confidence and accommodations to help me achieve my goals and treated me with respect and dignity. I’m forever grateful for her presence in this job. Wasn’t pushed and was allowed to grow due to a wonderful person in this position. The company needs to reward Nikki as she is the reason i will stay with Match Works until I don’t need the service anymore :).

I just want to share what my experience has been like in the nearly 12 months I have been with Matchworks in Frankston. I have only positive things to say about ALL the people that I have come into contact with there so far...including Megan at reception. I was supported while looking for work and then needed guidance (and financial help which I received from Centrelink), when I injured my back. I was also offered Counselling sessions with a terrific Health and Wellbeing Consultant. I am glad that I was referred to this recruitment agency and want to say a special thank you to everyone that helped me along the way 😁.

Matchworks frankston/ hastings have been awesome. I was really struggling with normal health issues and mental health issues. They seem to have staff there for all kinds of issues. A special shout out to Gerald and Kaye as they were very understanding and patient beyond belief. I would highly recommend their services
