Drive thru painfully slow. Customer service non existent. Burger (McMuffin) thrown in the bag not even wrapped properly. Bun on the burger stale. Hash brown missing potato. Asked for bbq sauce, received sweet & sour. This store is just horrible.

Ordered a Hawaiian mcspicy, got a burger missing half the ingredients including what makes it a Hawaiian...the pineapple.

I ordered during a quiet period as well. Poor quality for $20.

Ordered on the app and collected my stuff without hiccup. Take note that there's another branch nearby at Darling Square and be careful in selecting the correct branch in your app. This branch is spacious but birds might come in. A special door should be made to prevent the birds from coming in.

TERRIBLE! Worst maccas in the Aus. Been there twice, screwed up my order. Kids working there are little devils. They put ketchup on my fries HOW AND WHY,? THEN UNDERFULLED MY DRINK, GAVE ME BEEF INSTEAD OF CHICKEN AND 90% SURE THEY SPAT IN MY BURGER WHEN ASKED TO CORRECT........

THEN SECOND TIME THEY DIDN'T GUVE ME THE RIGHT ORDER AND REFUSED TO.MAKE IT RIGHT......

I am not a person who would like to leave this kind of review. However, this is not the first time this particular McDonald's store served our order wrong. I paid extra for additional items and receved the very basic serving of the burger. We have also had two or three times before when we ordered on Uber eats. This kind of service is not acceptable for such a big franchise. Absolutely horrible

Absolutely terrible. Waited 15 minutes for a small Grimace Shake with no food. Waste of time and $6.20. It did not come in the grimace cup either. Avoid at all costs. Very underwhelming.

So this is a split review. We went late night to get food. Staff was working their hardest to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately this came at the expense of keeping the restaurant clean - trash and dirty tables everywhere. Food took 25 min to come out, but again, the staff was doing what they could with being busy and from what I assume, being short staffed. Will go back, but not quickly.

Butter was disgusting and my hot cakes (the pancakes are the $3 ons from woolies) looks like a chunk been taken and are bearly warm, asked for more butter gave me frozen ones. Like seriously come on
