I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Lily and Grace for their amazing service at Ingleburn McDonald’s on Saturday, 1st February at 6:25 pm. They were both incredibly kind, bubbly, and so friendly. Their positive energy really stood out, and it’s always great to see young staff who genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. It was really great to see them double-check that we were happy with our meals and ensure we had fresh food. McDonald’s is lucky to have them on their team!

Ordered coffee from Mcafe via drive through it tasted like they made it from that machine they used to have for $2 coffee. Went in to explain but both girls were disinterested, no offer to make it again or my money back. This young generation doesn't care.

I waited 10 min for my food. My friend ordered the same time I had finished my meal and she was still waiting. The had given her burger to another customer who didn’t order it. She has to wait for a new burger. There were heaps of people waiting for food. We all only have a short lunch break. Ridiculous bad management

I’ve had some poor dining experiences, but my visits to McDonald’s Ingleburn on 29/12/2024 and again on 5/1/2025 rank among the worst. Both visits left me questioning the quality and safety of the food being served.

Visit 1 (29/12/2024):
I ordered a McChicken meal, and it was shocking. The McChicken patty was dry, tough, and clearly overcooked or left sitting for far too long. The fries were similarly disappointing—dry and stale to the point of being inedible. I ended up throwing out the meal because it simply wasn’t worth consuming.

Visit 2 (5/1/2025):
This visit was somehow worse. My group received a batch of fries that were visibly aged and inedible. We returned them to the counter, requesting fresh fries. To our astonishment, the same old fries were served to subsequent customers, including us. It was unacceptable.

I ordered a Big Mac on a steamed bun, but it was served cold. Not lukewarm—cold. It was baffling how a simple request could be so poorly executed.

Concerns:
While the service clearly needs improvement, my bigger concern is the apparent disregard for food quality and safety. Serving aged, inedible food raises serious questions about the standards at this McDonald’s location.

I sincerely hope McDonald’s HQ sees this review and takes immediate action to address these issues. Dining here has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and this location needs urgent attention to restore its reputation and ensure customer safety.

I came into drive through looking forward to a delicious big breakfast meal at 11:20am knowing that McDonald’s breakfast finishes at 11:30am. I was told by the staff that the manager had ordered them to stop serving breakfast already despite it not being 11:30 yet. This not only wasted my time but lost a sale as I then went to get breakfast from Oporto around the corner who were still serving breakfast. What is the point of advertising breakfast until 11:30am when you do not stick by this?

They missed items of my order.
I ordered through the drive through, when we got home to eat we saw that 2 burgers were missing from the order.
This shouldn't happen. People pay good money for the food and get ripped off,

Worst maccas, worst employees and also the worst manager. Honestly ordered a family dinner box and once we drove off. Burgers were cold and not even fresh it felt like it was from yesterday. They gave us chips that was old and said they will give us new ones at the parking area and to wait for 20mins they came out with the same chips but put it in a different bag. The only good worker was the girl that was working tonight that apologised but the other one guy and the 1 guy manager tonight was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job just quit. Felt like a wasted my money here. Don’t go here yall if you want the same experience like me 0/10

Staff seem more interested in chatting to each other rather than serving so good job they have self serve kiosks but you will have to wait 30 minutes for your food at least!! Then they will proceed to give you the wrong order not once but twice!! Then the girl on the front desk begins to unwrap burgers pulling them apart checking for no sauce as I requested no sauce however I didn't request her dirty unwashed hands to touch my food!! The toilets are filthy which is surprising as the restaurant was empty and not much action on the drive thru so god knows what the staff actually do here, glad I'm not a local will not be returning!
