Did a focus group a few weeks ago. Waited the 3 - 5 business days for the incentive ($100 ecard) to be sent. When it didn't come through, followed up by email with the person that booked me in. No response. Forwarded the email to the general mailbox for action in case the person was away Still no response; it's been 6 days. Not confident I will get the incentive paid. Won't be responding to any more emails to take part in future groups.

edit: In reply to McGregor Tan's reply below, as above, I emailed the person that booked me in - Deana Martino. When that didn't get responded to, I emailed [email protected] I find it hard to believe that the emails didn't get through when I had no issues with Deana up to the point of the evening of the focus group.

Great market research company! Well organised and the payment is fair for our time. I attended a session last week and really enjoyed it - I used the money to pay for my dogs vet bill, so thank you very much team 🙂

Earned a voucher for a couple hours of my time, was well worth it for me. This particular evening they were running late putting my babysitter out. Not a huge deal but if you’re paying someone you might want to keep it in mind that you could be late. Very professional organisation with great friendly staff

Received a random email from this entity and have no idea who they are and how they got hold of my email address. In my opinion any entity that sends unsolicited emails is disreputable and is not to be trusted (characteristics of online scammers)...no-one likes SPAM!
