When you rent a house, don't be afraid if you say you can rent the house without electricity bill, water bill, lawn mowing, all of that will have to be paid gradually, that's Mckimms. Sorry I was a bit busy. I can’t reply to you According to the contractor there was no money for water bill, after one year you started sending water bill in neutral, can you tell us about that?

Angus, Regan and the team at McKimms are a pleasure to deal with. Having delt with Angus whilst looking to buy a house, then purchasing a commercial building via auction that Angus conducted in December 2020, where I now have my photo studios, and also three tenancy areas.
McKimms now manage the building on my behalf and I feel as though they have always been on the ball with maintenance issues, responding to enquiries and liaising with tenants and communicating with me.
