We recently purchased a property through Jarrod Burr at M B & A, this was our first dealing in real estate for well over 20 years so we were unsure of current guidelines . Jarrod was truly amazing. Experience is great both from buying and leasing out a property.
Friendly, reliable staff. Always happy to provide advice and are down to earth.
Needed to move our rental property over to michael burr as another real estate company still couldn't rent our property after a month and with other problems on top of that.
In less than a week Jarrod was able to rent it out. Should of saved ourselves the headache sooner.

Phoned to ask about some land for sale, the girl was helpful and said she would get an agent to call back. Didn't hear from anyone, so called into office, again no one available, she said she'd get someone to contact me. A week has gone by now and haven't heard from them. Not good performance. Wouldnt get them to sell my property

A highly professional and cost effective solution for any landlord. It's a family business, and our guy, Jarrod Burr, looks after every detail for us, and our tenant has never been happier. Why didn't we think to do this earlier? Take our advice; MBRE is value for money.

After being approved for a property the agent tried to force is to pay bond prior to providing any lease agreement for sighting let alone signage. Agent was rude when question and spoke down to me when I advised we would pay the same day the lease was signed. When the paperwork was finally provided it was noticed our pets clause gave the agents the right to revoke permission not keep them in the property at anytime without cause. When this was discussed the agent advised it was to protect the client form property damage but refused to remove or rewrite it to be more specific. I fully beleive the intention was to force us to sign after taking the bond and keeping it hostage and then revoke permission for the pets as soon as possible as the contract would also require us to keep paying rent and expenses until the lease came to an end or could be sublet. Staff where late, uncooperative and not well organised.

Honestly can't fault these guys I own a property first time renting it out an was severely damage by bad tendents an not looked after or dealt with by our realstate manger no updates no nothing so we changed to Michael burr an omg they are fantastic house is fixed amazing tendents regular up dates an inspection ,lovely office lady's an manager's to deal with highly recommend these guys there are amazing,an illwill refer all my friends an family to these guys an if I ever decide to sell I'll be doing it through them aswell..
