Do you really think it's acceptable to charge a 20% administration fee ($177) for a Whitsundays tour I booked ONLINE FOUR days ago because the tour operator cancelled the tour? Absolutely disgraceful service when the cancellation is completely out of my control AND against Australian law. I have the right to a refund if my tour is cancelled - and I want my money back.

I booked some tours for the family here, I had so many questions and they were very patient talking me through all of the suitable options. They called us when we arrived as our trip for the following day had been cancelled due to the weather, they were so helpful once again and apologetic (despite it being no fault of theirs), we managed to fit the flight into our schedule on another day and they gave us heaps of recommendations of other child friendly activities in Airlie Beach too. I would highly recommend, staff are extremely knowledgeable with great service.

I booked my entire East Coast trip with the company, I went into enquire about a Whitsundays Tour but they told me the more you book the more I save, and they were right! I saved so much from booking my East Coast Trip and the help and service I received was exceptional! Everything was organised so seamlessly and the staff are wonderful! They also book Uluru and WA Tours and I will for sure be returning to book these with them! 10/10+ and would recommend this company to everyone who want to book a day tour to a trip of a life time!

If you're looking at booking any tours around Australia (not just Airlie Beach) I would definitely recommend going through these guys. I most recently booked a trip to Lady Musgrave and K'gari and they gave fantastic customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to book here at all and will be back 🙂

Had an awesome experience with these guys! I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options but they were super friendly and really knew their stuff. Recommended the best tours tailored to what I was looking for. Also, seemed to be a lot cheaper than anywhere else I found!
