Matt contact me via phone and resolved the issue on the spot. Although my issue was resolved it's a pity that it took a voicemail and a 1-star review to get a response. The products are excellent and an annual subscription is well worth the money, but they need to make sure that all support queries are resolved efficiently and properly.
