Our rental property has been managed by Angela at My House Real Estate NSW for over 2 years now and in that time we have always found Angela to be a professional in the industry and ...a really lovely person.
We have had no issues with our tenants that we haven't been able to sort out with a phone call. Notifications have always been received promptly and all payment and reports are forwarded when due.
Apart from being one of the most genuine Property Managers I have ever known, Angela is also one of the most dedicated and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble and I must commend Angela on her professionalism and respect for both Landlord and Tennant which I think is so important.
Hopefully Angela will be happy to look after our property for another few years. Thank you so much for your ongoing commitment and support, you have filled the gap for top quality personal service in the real estate market.

Angela was a joy to sell through. She gave us excellent advice on sales strategies and pricing. Her rates were highly competitive and she made the listing process quick and easy.
Some of the prospective buyers were pushy and aggressive, and Angela handled their bad behaviour with amazing grace and diplomacy.
We ended up with multiple buyers making offers on the property, a process that went very smoothly due to Angela’s prompt and precise communication and advice. We ended up listing, selling for a great price, packing and moving out while nearby comparable properties lingered in the sales listings. A great result that we wouldn’t have enjoyed without Angela’s assistance and support. Plus, she’s just a really lovely person!

After 15 years of owning my own home, I had the misfortune of having to enter the rental market. Thankfully, the rental property I had occupied for the last 4yrs was managed by Angela. Angela's professionalism has been second to none. All communication with Angela has been polite, informative, and forthcoming with requested information.
