I was very pleased to engage with Mylestones today. The entire staff are friendly and my appt. with Paul ran smoothly and it was due to the fact that he has a very lovely demeanor and a lot of knowledge of different ways I can actually engage with the services offered by Mylestones, to get back on track. My case felt hopeless and was not supported and understood at previous agencies. It's a great boost to be engaged with a team who listen and identify your needs.
