I cant recommend NCTS enough. I have had a horrible experience else where (lets call them Lismore TBC!) and when you compare the two companies you would never go anywhere else. David's team is professional, helpful and honest. They installed a cost effective system that is easy to work, reconfigured my account, put new mobiles on and saved me money all at the same time. If you are anywhere on the North Coast please for your own sake use NCTS!!!

As a tech , I often call support companies for info relating to their clients on whose behalf I work. I therefore called these guys for network config information and spoke to Ben , who it felt was doing me a favour (barely) answering my very valid enquiry , was extremely short with me for no reason , and when I asked to speak to someone else more helpful , simply hung up on me.
When I called back , the lady who answered didn’t even feel obliged to apologise , and said they don’t employ rude workers.
I’d give 1 star but instead I will recommend my clients to not work with this company.
