Big THANKS to Trav, Geordie and the rest of the NBH team. Just as agreed on, we were able to launch our updated website within the promised time-frame.
Originally, we used another company and we were waiting quite a long time for our new website to go live. For different reasons we decided to move on and contacted the Neighbourhood team. From the initial meeting they understood the importance of this project and guided us through the process, advised what it possible, gave us new ideas and transformed our brief content into more. They replied within a couple of hours and kept us always updated about what changes have been already made and what the next steps will be. If required, they followed up on us to keep the set time-frames.
The way the new website is set up/developed makes it really easy for us to make smaller changes (wording/content/photos, etc.) internally whenever required. During the training all questions have been answered and explained.
It is great working with a team who understands you, knows what they are doing and don’t over-promise. We can’t wait to see the results of the other projects we have planned together.🦍

From the day i first enquired about onboarding NBH to work alongside us to build our RTO, the team have been excited and committed to our vision of success. The owner Trav, has stayed beside his team to make sure that our goals are being hit and our expectations met. I love this personalised approach and since day dot, they've proven that they really understand us- which has created a deep sense of trust. When the team came back to us with a detailed plan of attack- they exceeded our expectations! It was exactly what we had asked for!
