Norm is an absolute legend and the ultimate professional. Great communication annd very reliable. Our house is a 1950s double brick build so nothing is easy but he went above and beyond to get a great result installing downlights. We have used Norm before and will continue to use him for all our electrical needs in the future. Wish I had more before photos to show the quality of work.
