Try to avoid renting a storage area with these guys. There’s a Karen by the name of joy working behind the scenes, who takes each case very personally. I’ve been away on trips, and come back to put money in my bills account, only to find shed locked. Okay not a problem if it’s not on a Friday and you don’t need your stuff until Monday, that is if the races aren’t on. Well to have expected payments on Tuesday that you fix up, to find that it’s been barred again after a late finish at work when they decide to keep changing there days of processing. Shed was a nice space, but I don’t need drama for ignoring acouple of emails whilst I’ve got more important things to do.
Improve this business with more customer care and you would’ve had me there for another couple of years.
