Absolute abhorrent staff. The manager lied about supplying me with a new phone EVEN THOUGH, I'd paid my contract in full!! I've now switched to Optus, and they're supplying me with a Samsung S23 Ultra AND new Samsung watch hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, went there the first time and it seemed like the new rude staff member and his other co-workers did not know anything about their products. However even after the first experience, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again today but was left on hold for five minutes to then be treated with an even worse customer service from a staff member that ignored any questions. Truly disappointing and beyond shocked as they take zero consideration or understanding for customers. You would at-least expect the bare minimum from a retail store.

Staff seemed to be hiding, as they were surprised when I found them. Got sold two accesories that were incorrect for my phone, on the advice of. the staff. When I returned them, was denied a refund even though the packaging wasn't even opened. Far from impressed. Product knowledge is poor, along with their customer service.

Bad customer service, called up wanting information about a product and the Indian guy who was on the phone was extremely disrespectful. Would not want to get served by him ever again because he has zero common sense on how to communicate with a customer or talk politely. I hope he learns to find some manners before helping anyone else. If I could put 0 Stars I would. Shameful.

I attempted to have my laptop repaired (screen required replacing). I regret bringing my device to be repaired here. From the beginning I was chasing up the progress of the repair and was provided conflicting timeframes. Finally after six weeks of waiting the wrong part was ordered. I was patient throughout the process and gave them the option to refund the $77 deposit I'd paid since I picked up the laptop without the repair being done. They chose not to refund me which was at their discretion.

There was no signs up saying where to stand, in qld you have to book appointment, there where only 2 staff, and was taken there time for my service, as was only trying to pay my bill

Great service. I had to change my mobile phone carrier to telstra. I was in and out in 10 minutes no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend them.
