Worst customer service ever!
I was returning a faulty chair. Initially I approached Sophie, and then I went to check some chairs, in the meantime she was serving another customer but I had a question about the product so I just found a staff member (probably the team leader or manager) on my way to the counter and I wanted to ask a question. So, I just said 'excuse me, without listening to my question, this guy replied to me, Sophie was serving you initially, you should go back to Sophie. I said, she is serving a customer, Can I ask you a question?
He replied, if you are thinking of getting different answers for the same question from a different staff member, that's not going to happen. Come I will take you to Sophie, and he just went to the counter and told something with Sophie, after that her tune of talking wasn't nice either. So, just took my refund and left the shop. I will try not go to go there again.
This guy was sweating from all over the face, have a weird look and definitely don't like what he was doing and of course don't know what is customer service This guy needs some serious training.

After complaining about this person, have been stalked on social media, my work place with calls.
Not enough, started posting fake reviews for my work and yet no response from officeworks.

Worst customer service. Was served by Lachy and I guess he believes he is doing a favour serving customers. Very rude and unprofessional

Waited 25 minutes for the printer paper to be changed for a singular print and was then overcharged by $8 for a single A2 print. Was charged $12 when the day before I was charged correctly at $4.50 like the website states. Staff refused to acknowledge the mistake despite being shown their own price list online.
