I wanted to buy a particular Samsung phone , I looked at thier website which showed one available . I tried to call the store to check availability but there is no option to speak to someone , so I went through the process of buying the phone online and click and collect . 15 minutes later I get an email saying they don't have the phone in stock , I will be getting a refund maybe tomorrow. Very very disappointing Office Works , moral of the story , always have someone to answer the phone .

Unfortunately the last 2-3 times we've entered this place, there was no display stock of many items, nothing in stock rather it takes them a day to pull the item from storage and the staff all walk around ignoring the customer for the most part.

Last visit was looking for a keyboard, none on display or in stock on the shelves being display only boxes of the higher end keyboards. If I wanted to shop by chance I'd just shop with ebay like I'll be doing in future.

This store is a waste of time and money!

I’ve typically had good experiences with officeworks but this store seems to be resting on the fact that there’s no competition in town. I had ~100 photos printed with the instructions to wait for a SMS and email when the prints were ready. I’ve previously done this in Newcastle with a 1 day turn around and notification.
After 9 days of not hearing back, I called the store who informed me my photos are waiting, and that they’ve had SMS issues. You’d think if they knew there were issues they’d contact those affected but no.
My friend also had photos printed which were not ready after 7 days. After calling them, they said they didn’t have the order and said it was a fujifilm issue. They were unable to provide much help despite the order being pre-paid and said she could do the process all again.
I briefly opened my photos in the store and flipped through. Looking at the last photo, I realised they had included 20 photos of someone else. These were photos of someone else’s child. I returned the photos and explained it was their mistake and it was dangerous to give photos of someone else’s child out. The young boy at the counter grumbled in response and walked away.

Overall a disappointing experience. Next time I’ll be trying big w.

Don't bother ringing them they never pick up. Don't bother going in they never help too busy talking amongst themselves. Disappointed
