Beautiful country beer garden! The wood-fired pizzas were generously sized and absolutely delicious—especially the salami and roasted capsicum. We also ordered chips on the side, and the Kransky bun was tasty too; the sausage was great with no strong smell and flavour which we appreciated. Our food arrived quite quickly. We didn’t get a chance to try the beer, but the venue itself was fantastic. There’s a mix of indoor and outdoor seating, making it pet-friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely with live music and a kids’ play area. The outdoor fire pit added a cozy touch. Highly recommend for a relaxed day out!

We dropped in for some beers and also had a couple of pizzas. The beers were cold and quite good. The pizzas were good and reasonably priced. We also tried their tasting sample beers. The person behind the bar was informative and very friendly. The place is rustic. There are tables and chairs under cover and also in the open. The music was a little loud for us.

Such a great brewery in Alexandra. We found this place while driving around. Had a tasting platter with 4 different beers. They were very nice even for me who is not a beer amateur. We stayed outside. The dogs were playing outside, it was on point with the name!

5 Stars – Our Favourite Brewery!
We’ve been visiting this brewery since it first opened, and it’s still our favourite every time we’re in town. Chris and James are absolute legends—always welcoming, always up for a chat, and often showing us what’s new around the place. It’s been awesome watching it grow over the years.

The Mutt and the Red IPA are my go-to beers—both packed with flavour and consistently on point. And the kransky and chips? Just perfect. Great beer, great food, great crew. Can’t wait for the next visit!

First off i want to add that this review is not about the beer. The beer was wonderful. As was the food. But, there were more children than adults. So much so, that we had to leave as there was nowhere to sit. And we witnessed more than just us having to come in, sit awkwardly to the side with their beer and leave. One group even had to vacate to make way for face painting. Some of the tables were entirely occupied by kids, leaving us to eat our food out of the main venue, in the smokers area. Finally, we also saw a kid run into a dog. As a venue that promotes pets, it's a shame to see it overrun and audibly drowned out by children. A brewery is not a nursery.

Beer is amazing, food was really good. Unfortunately, this is a children’s play centre. There are 4 big tables, completely occupied by children. We have to leave as every table is booked, and it doesn’t seem to matter if you are legally even allowed to drink beer.
Would loved to have stayed the afternoon but with the children occupying all the tables and the screaming behind us, it ruined the experience.
