Quick and easy
I had my property for sale with another agent for well over 6 months without any offers. I removed the property from sale for about a month then reviewed all agents in Burnie online and saw that Matt had received some great reviews. I was a little skeptical of "on line reviews" but thought i would give him a go.

I found Matt to be very knowledgeable on the local market and we agreed on a sale price. Within 4 weeks we had an offer which was well below asking. Matt negotiated hard with the buyer and we both came to a price i was happy with. A deal was done and the property has now settled. I was more than happy with Matt and One agency.

Buying a property in Somerset with Mel was excellent! The purchase made it easy with her great communication. This was very important for me as I have had trouble getting other agents to reply back with properties during the hot property market. This was also my first time purchasing a property without on site inspection. Traveling from Melbourne to Burnie to inspect a Property and then flying back to Melbourne on the same day. confirming that we would be there 2 days and again 1 day prior to inspection. paying for flights, Car rental and traveling the 1.5 hours to the property the Agent Never showed. I responded on the day saying we are here and look forward to meeting with you. 1 hour before the inspection. He responded saying he can not make it and never turned up. He Never responded to the phone calls. Outrageous behavior.. I phoned on Monday to speak to the owner of the business to find out that Matt is one of the Directors. He finally called me after I complained to 2 different staff about him and all he said to me Was am I going to buy the property. So after spending alot of money to go and see this house , I could only look through a couple of window. So beware, No care or concern for the buyers. So I say avoid avoid avoid.
