As we had already bought a property, we put Richard under the pump. He had to sell our home in Carrum Downs quickly, so we could settle our new home in Carrum. Richard was confident he could do it, even though we had never sold before and had our doubts. He set up a WhatsApp group for communication, we had the photographer on our door within a couple of days, and the property online, the following week. Surprisingly, Richard had 3 families interested in our home and he sold it around 48 hours after the first open. We were ecstatic! We knew the market was falling apart, and somehow, Richard managed to get a good price in the time frame we needed, ensuring the settlements aligned. Once it was sold, we hardly heard from him, which is to be expected, however some things we had told him hadn’t been relayed to the purchasers, which we were lucky to have been given the chance to communicate with them so they knew what they needed to know about the property they purchased.
