I had a very disappointing experience with Online Marketing Gurus regarding their customer service and payment practices.

Despite repeated requests to put our account on hold, OMG continued to issue invoices.

Throughout this entire period, OMG had no access to our website, as it was undergoing a major redesign by a different provider, yet they kept sending bills and invoices claiming $11,000 for SEO creating just 2-4 backlinks per month and writing some website content—without my approval.

Clear communication and transparency are crucial, but my interactions with Emma and Michael lacked both. I expected more professionalism, especially when handling financial matters.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
