After a week of trying to deal with Optus customer service by phone, and having no luck setting up my husband's new phone, we took it to Optus in Nowra. Brandon sorted it in seconds. He was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. He left the customer service "experts" for dead. Please, Optus, give Brandon a pay rise.
