Rooms are very modern, secure, spacious and clean with parking right outside your room. Check-in is very quick and easy. Located in central Bathurst so it’s not a far walk into town, but no need to venture out with a swimming pool, restaurant and bar all on site.
Special mention to Phoebe, Jess and Kati who gave me a Kit Kat because I couldn’t locate my television remote and also the amazing Cindy who has quickly and effortlessly resolved any questions I’ve raised. Great place to stay and will be my first choice of accommodation when visiting Bathurst.

Just be careful when booking on event weekends in the future. We planned and booked early for an event well into the future as we knew it would be busy but the Motel phoned us and wanted payment in full months in advance to “hold the room” even though the cancellation conditions say 48 hours prior to arrival. Apparently they had a waiting list of people willing to pay for a room now for presumably a lot more. Revenue model over service … Great motel but a bit greedy … Welcome to 2025!

Wife and I came to Bathurst for a farewell to a colleague.
The PANORAMA Hotel was chosen for its location and price.
Reception ladies were great, as was access to locked area for our motorbikes.
Rooms are very nice, but some items do need attention (Shower, door to shower). I must thank one of the ladues for the extra T and biscuits!
They offer $ NOT to have room serviced, which is a great ploy to get you to their bar. This works well, because once there, you want to have a meal.....
Bar/pub venue caters well for nearly everyone as there's a downstairs area, gambling, quiet area, family eating area etc.
Very disapointed with food service area. Charged $5 for an extra plare: wife and I always share, but $5 to do nothing? - really? Talk about a money grab to wash one plate...
We had rump steak, which we know is not the top of the line, but was SO tough the wife left larger portion on her plate. Mashed potatoe needed more marg/milk in it to make it more 'soft' and not 'gluggy'. Veggies could have been cooked a bit longer, although wife liked the carrots being crunchy (🤷‍♂️).
Would I recomend this place: Yes, but have something other than their rump!
If there was a 3.5 for ✨️, I'd give that.

Fantastic location, great staff pub attached is great food and service, rooms are really clean and well serviced for motel. Could not want more in location facilities and service exactly what we needed for a short trip from Sydney.
Highly recommended!!!

A bunch of us stayed here for 3 nights on a golf weekend. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. The food in the bistro was good in the evening in though the place was mobbed. Breakfast was a different story, very slow and ordinary food and very poor coffee. Great place to stay in Bathurst but I suggest you find somewhere else to eat. A nice touch was the $10 bar voucher if you don't require room service each night.

The room was nice and tidy on arrival, but unfortunately during the during the second days stay the cleaner had decided to search my belongings, I reported this to reception but the person wouldn't let me finish explaining and would talk over me, really wasn't listening and made me feel like i was lying. I also asked for the sheets to be changed (twice) as there was a stain on the sheet, but this request was ignored, as it was expalined to me that extended stays dont require the sheets to be changed for up to 7 nights, even with the stain being evident from the first night.||If you don't want your privacy invaded by strangers searching your belongings, and reasonable requests for changing the sheets to be ignored, then I wouldn't stay here !|I know i will never stay here again !

Rooms were clean and adequate. Although located on the highway, traffic noise is not too bad. Food in the restaurant is OK, Wait staff do their best with larger groups but could hone their customer service and efficiency skills.

Very clean, comfy beds and wonderful staff!||Amenities were clean and for a one night stop over - fit the bill perfectly. Will stay again, next time I'm in Bathurst.||Easy to book, easy to deal with - just wish I was there to sample their food - next time...
